Is it safe to use Piracetam everyday? Will the effects diminish over time? I was thinking of using everyday for about 9 months ( academic year) with some rest inbetween likea week or 2 off every so often during the holidays. Has anyone heard anything about the long term regular use of piracetam?

Thanks in advance!

I (and many many others on the boards) have used piracetam for months on end. The issue of tolerance is debatable; I'd say that after a short initial period of noticeable subjective enhancement (enhanced vision, executive function, verbal acuity), the effects do tend to 'settle down' a bit. My current run has been for about 9 months straight (2x800mg/day), with only a few days' break here and there, and I still get as much out of it as I did after about two weeks into it.

IMO, enjoying the effects constantly more than makes up for the lessening of the 'wow' factor. But everyone's response varies, of course.

I can't after 2years daily ,seem ineffective for daily dose now

but some break ,bring WOW effect back.

I suspected Piracetam not suit for daily ,you will have negative effect if you do.

Anything replace Piracetam can be circle while off Piracetam for glucose/oxygen uptake benefit ?

None of the clinical research has shown any serious side effects and it is generally considered safe. Yes to a degree this occurs with most compounds but the neuroprotective benefits will still be active. Taking weekends off or cycling weeks is common with many college students.

Piracetam dosage works as a cognitive enhancer with the ability to improve memory, attention and intelligence without possessing any addictive properties. Piracetam side effects are minimal. We can use piracetam everyday.

Piracetam is good for aiding one get a better hang of doing things. I noticed in my own personal use of it that it allowed me to recall what I had learned earlier in the day or week much easier.

Also Piracetam is very safe, non-toxic non-addictive and non-dangerous, plenty of people take Piracetam/Aniracetam/Oxiracetam/Pramiracetam on a daily basis. I take Piracetam Aniracetam and Pramiracetam almost every day and have been for little over a year now.

Hope this helps you guys out biggrin.gif

Greetings,

I've been taking Piracetam in capsules for about two weeks now, increasing dosage from 2x800mg in the morning (I use it once a day, as I don't have the time in the middle of the day and no reason to use it before sleep) to 15x800mg in the morning. I've noticed enhanced contrast in vision on my first try but since I've had no noticeable effects. Should I give it more time or it's just not working for me? Should I move on to something stronger? I've noticed that everyone is suggesting taking Choline with it and I have not done it, but I've had no headaches and no adverse effects of any kind either.

I am generally alert and focused, but I need to radically improve my memory input and extraction as soon as possible. I have a very demanding job where I need to constantly learn, analyze massive amounts information, be on top of my game verbally and otherwise during meetings and so on.

What is just as harmless as Piracetam but much stronger? I've also noticed that Piracetam is usually sold in a powder form, as opposed to pills, does it matter which I use?

Thank you.

great Piracetam works on you well. and with piracetam, you need choline to work more efficiently, nootropic users know this vury well.
piracetam powder is more effective if you have a good supplier, and cheaper. Noopept is stronger than piracetam and harmless. it sells well and you ca have a try.

I order almost all of my nootropics through Smart Drugs for Thought due to their competitive pricing and prompt shipment. I usually spend about $225 USD (shipping included) for two months supply of Piracetam, Aniracetam, Pramiracetam, L-Theanine and Alpha-GPC.
