Piracetam newbie confused Options

It´s my first time on nootropics. A few days ago I ordered Piracetam, Alpha GPC and ALCAR from relentless improvement.

The first day I take 800 mg. (1 capsule) of Piracetam. Little bit foggy.

Second day I take 800 mg. of Piracetam in the morning and 800 mg. in the afternoon. Little bit foggy and little headache.

The third day I woke up with a terrible headache and nausea. I took 1 capsule of Alcar (Life Extension brand: 300 mg. Acetyl-L-Carnitine Hydrochloride and 320 mg. ArginoCarn® Acetyl-L-Carnitine Arginate Dihydrochloride) and 1 capsule of Alpha GPC (AOR brand - 250 mg.) with my normal dosage of Piracetam (800 mg.)

Next days I continue taking 2 capsules of Piracetam per day (1.600 mg.) and I try different combinations:
- One day: 2 capsules of Piracetam (one in the morning and the other in the afternoon) + 1 capsule of Alpha GPC (in the morning).
- Other day: 2 capsules of Piracetam (one in the morning and the other in the afternoon) + 1 capsule of ALCAR (in the morning).
- Another day: 2 capsules of Piracetam (one in the morning and the other in the afternoon) + 1 capsule of ALCAR (in the morning) + 1 capsule of Alpha GPC (in the morning).
In every case, I still little bit foggy and had little headache and I didn´t experiment any noticiable effect (improve memory, focus, etc.)

Today I increase my dose of Piracetam (according to those who say that an attack dose is needed). I take:
- In the morning: 2 capsules of Piracetam (1.600 mg.) + 1 capsule of Alpha GPC (250 mg.) + 1 capsule of ALCAR.
- In the afternoon: 2 capsules of Piracetam (1.600 mg.) + 1 capsule of Alpha GPC (250 mg).
Foggy and little headache still on.

I´m a little bit confused about the correct stack or combination. What would you suggest me??

If I take 1.600 mg. of Piracetam per day how much ALCAR and Alpha GPC should I take??

Do you recommend me to take more than 1.600 mg. of Piracetam per day??

It is possible that effects of Piracetam be late in appearing (weeks)???

Just a possible effect from Oxi. Try taking it at night--ought to do the trick.
