I'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing that. Its crazy huh? They expect us to do everything for them and be there when they need us or just want us to be there but if we need them or want them to do something we have to fend for ourselves. I know all guys aren't like this but it seems like all the ones I know are. I hope things turn out better for you. Just remember if you need to talk I am here and so is everyone else. Sean I don't know you and you don't know me so therefore why judge me for saying i have a strong anger towards guys! Well maybe i do for good reason of course if you really knew me you would know I don't have anger towards anyone (guys included) for no reason....I had many many bad experiences by so called men in my life I don't have anger please don't be so shallow I was just pointed out an opinion as I am sure you were as well! :P

Not all guys are jerks. I am only 15, but take me for example. I am the kindest guy around, and I've never once dated someone. All the girls I know are into guys are "bad" and such. I know there are some girls out there who are looking for nice guys. Just like there are guys who are looking for nice girls. Don't group the "spoiled" fruits with the "ripe" fruits.

 . Are you shy? Because that can be a big factor, as girls aren't likely to go for a nice guy if they don't know him well enough to know he's nice. |

"nice guys" get nowhere with women. At the very least, you have to be confident, outgoing, and funny with women. Depending on the woman, it can also help to be somewhat cocky. Women need to feel comfortable around you, otherwise you're not going to get anywhere with them. And if you're shy, then forget it cause it's unlikely any woman is going to pay attention to you, much less feel comfortable around you. Just my 2 cents.

Absolutely, Freddy. Being confident and funny does not necessarily make you any less of a "nice guy" (we will just agree to disagree on that point), but you are spot on regarding shy guys. I have dated shy guys and it is just painful at times trying to get to know them. After a couple dates you think "why bother" or he gets relegated to the friend zone. I would not call Shawn outgoing but he is defintely confident and that is one of the main reasons I fell for him so quickly. So guys (AND girls), don't be afraid to be proud of yourself and toot your own horn once in a while. :-) |

well, you have to understand that all guys are a little wierd at times. and yes, most guyz are jerks. but thats what sperates them from girls. the boy that you like might have a girlfriend, and he probaly liked her alot, and i guess he thought since you liked him, then you might have tried breaking them apart. you have to sit him down and tell him that you arent trying to ruin anything, so he will understand. tell him how you feel .
