some dolphins use "signature whistles" in order to identify themselves when they communicate, but I have also read that not all dolphins do even if they belong to the exact same species and are social too
~
Have behavioral differences (including "linguistic" ones) between those types of dolphins been studied?
~
Is there a way to get the data of the communicative pratices of those types of dolphins?
