Found a great source out of an unlikely place(imo): Costco. They have their kirkland signature brand that comes in 100 packs that cost around 10-13 USD. Excellent quality for tea that comes in bags...the bags are nylon which are great for absorption, matcha powder is included(which is a high grade form of green tea), and the overall flavor and effects are excellent(again IMO)...even the look of the tea is amazing(bright green and frothy, sort of reminds me of seaweed or algae). I will never buy any other tea bags as they are entirely inferior...the only other possible route for getting tea from now on(for me) would be to order loose; but, since I'm so satisfied, I'm damn sure I'll be sticking to this.

For all of you looking for a great natural way to relax and provide healthy drink alternatives(and may have been disappointed about the benefits of green tea)...this is definitely worth checking out.

For more information as to why, one might want to check out the differences in what makes a green tea good and not(don't buy into the antioxidant craze bs).

A tot of whiskey before bedtime seems to have done the trick for at least one person:

I only tried Ito-en and Yamamotoyama. I am much better, more consistent results of Ito-En. Beautiful color. I would say that the disadvantage of making tea one of these brands rather than buying a small amount in a tea shop tea is often mismanaged, shaken in the container.

Junshan Yinzhen (Silver Needle tea), known as one of the ten most famous Chinese Teas, is one variety of Yellow Tea, like the Huo Mountain Yellow Buds and the Mengding Yellow Buds. It is cultivated on Junshan Island, Yueyang City, Hunan Province

Green tea is really beneficial for overall health. Green tea has been shown to increase fat burning and boost the metabolic rate, in human controlled trials.
