An "ology" is by definition science, but there's no subject (theo) there. No god exists, hence a science without a subject.

But on the subject of gods, i.e., imaginary objects, there could be a science. An investigation of unfounded beliefs.

I do know the definitions Rick, after all I have three science degrees and taught science in universities for 20 years! My comment was meant to be unsubtley sarcastic. Maybe I will need to be more subtle in future. But on the gist of the term, I think that we are in agreement.

Atheism is the new religion and the new gods are the Mankind and technology. Being those able to provide humanity of everything that god promise and didnt really bother to give us, why should we wait for him with enough technology around to suply us with what human ever wish?
Why should god give us something we are already able to develope by ourselves?

Im not really saying god doesnt exist (doubt is not true knowledge) but we will manage better without him than just depending on him to solve our problems and being a crying demanding childs. Its time to grow up and fly from gods home.

I have great respect for Hey Hey but i dont think he is so important to upset the socalled GC which is above of those comments if it has half the consciousness it is supose to have. Its more like he did upset you.
