I don't know if this is where this belongs necessarily, but I thought it would be an interesting announcement that something like this exists. I have yet to try it, but i did order some...

All too convenient, and awesome

in powder, where you strain it? or as an elixir with alcohol,
kava kona farm seems about the best place, it is hard to
make kava kava taste good,
I had it mix into chocolate , kind of like peanut butter for consistency

instant kava was alright the first three times(kava kona farm, its a product of theirs). Since is was miscible in water, I just used small amounts of liquids and tried to down it fast. I can't say I'm a fan; if I were to try again, I would try to do it the traditional way with their strongest product.

Seemed to me they recommended acidic things, juices to mix with the kava kava, I mixed it with
pop, acidic and sugary, though their seems to be no real way of making kava kava taste good,
it is something that is so much healthier for one than alcohol, in consuming the root only portion.
I have looked for kava kava drinks, though the shipping, I guess because their liquid is high, on Amazon
it was around $40 for the "anti energy drinks" and $40 ish for shipping.
I would like to try a kava kava bar.

they have these kava elixirs, which you drink, I take off the dropper thing
as drink the whole thing, I was buying the 30 ml kava with alcohol added
brings about a calm feeling
they have instant kava drink mix, I have not tired those.
the ground kava kava root always seemed the best to me.
I never strain the kava,
the liquid kava elixirs are 1X dose and 5X dose
it tastes bad, weird grape alcohol after taste
I would recommend their products(Kava Kona Farm)
to anyone who likes/takes kava kava

kava kava works modestly well for me,
I have had one drink a day, and compared that
to three a day, I would always take a large amount
if I took one a day and smaller if I took 3x dosage
the one large dose worked better for me, in part
because the kava is somewhat hard to stomach
the site says that Hawaiians drink a cup of kava kava
every 20 minutes during religious events etc,
one problem I can into is that kava kava's half life is
not well established, it seems one has to take kava kava
in the "art" form?(traditional) as opposed to science form,
because kava kava is not pushed in America, it is demonized

I felt like alcohol took away from the part of kava that I enjoyed. I would try the ground root(traditional method I take it)...but how long does a supply last you?

I've tried instant, capsules, liquid gels, and extracts...all pretty much let me down after the first couple attempts

the pure ground root is better than the kinds mixed with alcohol. A half pound or a pound
would last 2 weeks on "aggressive dosage" to 3-4 weeks slightly less so. The pills did not
do anything for me. They have had the 84% kava lacktone pills/paste which are always out
of stock, I had friends say they world better than the 30% concentrate pills. If you open
a pill , look at low much kava kava is in the pill, compare that to how much is in the recommended
2 tablespoons per serving of powdered root.
Alcohol is not taken(used) is societies where kava kava is prevalent, they can have additive effects,
though they do not exactly go together.
I would go with the powder root, always tastes bad, its dose dependent, one beer dose X amount
as one serving of kava kava does X amount, Americans probably rarely take proportional amounts
of kava kava to the amount of alcohol they injest.

Kava Kava , how strong/how much effect, is to some degree related
to the other foods/medicines/supplements that one is consuming.
Certain stimulants may reduce effect, which sedatives may increase effect.
I have read about people taking caffeine with kava kava to heighten alertness,
the caffeine working with the noradrenaline in kava kava.
