If you could choose 1 nootropic. Options

If you could take 1 nootropic to take for a year that would provide the most benefit (not including racetams) which would it be?

Would it be alcar?? Or Alpha gpc? CDP? Centro?? Something else?

I have mixed dosgaes of these together in a stack and i dont think it works, i think some oppose others.

So ive come to the conclusion that im going to take a good dosage of one, and give it time to build up in my brain and feel its full benefits.

Ive chosen Alpha gpc.

My aim - just all round brain/mind health.

What would you choose. and why??

Centro, for its cellular membrane protection, choline source, anti-aging. Never tryed it yet, sick. Waiting until my DMAE its finish.

I also read that Alpha GPC is a nutrient that can be found in breast milk - that also made me think " this stuff must be good!" lol. :-)

I have some centro, but have never got round to taking it. Keep getting put off because i read that it actually stops production of 'whatever it is' (sorry for lack of expertise lol). Apparently it stops the brain losing it , rather than raising levels. Aint that similar to what Huperzine does?

I think im going to search on pubmed "centro and whatever it is" to find some fine researches, lol.

Probably its too late Cheekyleopard but be careful with not having a choline overdose by taking good doses of Alpha gpc. If its happens you have to take more racetams to spend the extra acetylcholine. That happens to me nearly each time i use huperzine.
