Is it me, or is Sir Francis wrigged? If I'm right, Sir Francis ain't got no randomness at all! It has an inherently flawed design... If I'm right. Well, I'm no expert, so I'll let you all take a stab at it first, and then I'll give out an explanation for my opinion... If necessary:

A Gaussian distribution is what anyone should expect. How could it be otherwise? Random is so predictable!

What shifts from the Gaussian distribution may indicate at? In case if they get observed.

Does Sir Francis know that?
