Can I suggest that Shawn or a moderator lock this topic now (I don't moderate here). There is a ton of good stuff to read and contribute to elsewhere on the forum. IF E wants to post under his alter-egos by creating other topics then let him. Then we can ignore him at our heart's content, or not, as the case may be. But if he flames, I WILL delete wherever I can and I would hope other moderators do the same. On to better things .. ?

What is complimentary speech (watch out for flatery) shouldn't be offensive material. Why not give yourself the benefit of the doubt and take the compliment?

Just an after thought Hey Hey. It is easy to tell that the moderator's do alot of reading. Why not have the offensive material editted by the member until the moderator tolertates the post. In that way good material is not lost with the bad?

Some material just has to go IMMEDIATELY it appears (e.g. sheep sha***ng pictures, links to porno sites, especially bad language and flaming - you'd be surprised how often it appears), but also the disruption that extremely and/or irrelevant postings have to topics means they need quick attention. Moderating shouldn't be a time-consuming task and I don't intend to spend my WHOLE life here. I'm sure other moderators don't want to spend enormous amounts of time on it either. We do like to contribute as well. But I suppose a mixture of all of the suggestions made during the Enki fiasco could be helpful. The best thing is to play it by ear, trust the moderators (don't forget that Shawn appoints them for his good reason) and raise issues if you don't agree with their methods (but do it in a fresh topic, like here and not necessarily in a topic that is current thereby disrupting its flow).

Please can a moderator delete the last post. I am tired of the unfounded insults from this idiot (I think that IS well founded) and I am also uneasy that he is now tolerated at all on this forum. His post well illustrates the type of insults I have had to put up with and the sprawling irrelevant rubbish that he clutters the forum with.

You use your derogatory remarks to try and carry weight instead of a neutral position and authority of a moderator. You are not moderating anyway when you do this so why not step down?

like I said.... If this clown is allowed to keep posting here I will no longer participate in this site and I will remove all my post and threads.

It seems to me that PJS coincidentally showed up here on the day that enki was banned as well! And I reread some of pjs' old posts and again there is a striking similarity to the posting style of enki! For now, I am locking this thread until this scourge is removed from amongst us for good!
