I was reading the article: Computers Faster Only for 75 More Years

http://www.livescience.com/technology/0910...uter-speed.html

Then I noticed the comment:

I read a theory where information could be sent into the almost immediate future and beamed back to the present. A computational device that on a small scale creates its own space time vacuum, therefore increasing the velocity in which light can travel. What existed is calculated in 10 minutes from now, but manifests itself to almost immediately.

Does anyone know anything about this?

most probably you are talking about the same issue your article relates to - quantum computing, quantum super computer etc...

I thik they're describing Shawn's brain's modus operanda! LOL! But seriously now, where did you find this? I haven't heard such preposterous, nonetheless intriguing idea before. I want to buy one!
