I've heard that the brain is fully developed when males are 25. Is that true? If so what can those of us that are 25 do to maximize our potential?

.... as the mind cognitively develops, so does the physical apparatus that conscious awareness arises from! So by your logic the brain continues to physically develop until death as well!
