Just wanted to know if any specific nootropics would be beneficial to take while trying to learn a language?? I am actually going through this right now, learning Spanish. I have found a combination of Huperzine A and Oxiracetam to work the best. Piracetam is good too, but Oxi is better at keeping you going if you are getting tired. (And learning a new language tends to do that!) But this stack recommendation is better if you have to go to class and all that stuff. If you are learning it on your own, piracetam may be better since it's a lot cheaper. |
