I am planning to go to graduate school to study molecular neuroscience and psychology in ~6 years from now. what does graduate schools mostly look at.
I have taken courses in this areas.

I was out of school for ten years when I had to take the GREs. I don't know of any good graduate school that would take a student without them. I had to brush up with written and computer lessons for two months before taking them, but I "passed" (got acceptable scores).
