Does anyone here have any ideas about how neuromelanin accumulation relates to Parkinson's Disease?-

I've read articles on the topic, but I still don't quite understand why albinos seem to never get PD... especially if melanin comes from melanocytes and neuromelanin is made from dopaminergic neurons.
