one serving scoop of chocolate soy protein powder 1/4th a teaspoon of cloves 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2 to 4 teaspoons of sugar Purified water (distilled or reverse osmosis) Guess what two spices happen to have the highest ORAC Values and the 1st and 3rd highest over all of all substances tested? http://oracvalues.com/sort/orac-value Also dont go to far down to find cocoa with a value of over 80 thousand |

Those cloves (oil of) certainly gave my toothache some relief recently. So I have nothing but praise for cloves.

I think I would add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream to tone it down a bit.
