Hello, I would like to have a mp3 file to listen i nmy phone to relax or refresh my brain.

Do you know of any free mp3, binaural or anything?.

Conversations with my colleagues, stuff like this (simple to understand) can make them more interested in neuroscience and help them be more self aware. It is a motivational item for me aswell, never knew of such use of sound knowledge inorder to induce sleep or any other mood.

the ones that you feel represent the set of waves that you function optimally in at where u want to be.

look up the different types of waves...figure out what they mean to you...figure out what you want to accomplish, and usually theyll lead to a brainwave similar to a meditative standpoint

i think theyre a lot safer. if u read up on what brainwaves they induce, ull understand the significance.
