Yup your are on the Right Way.Green Tea is very Effective for the this.But keep in one thing in mind you have to always take it fresh and hot no need to add sugar in it you want to add sugar then use the Sugar free instated of Sugar.

I can certainly vouch for ALCAR. Best weight loss supplement I've ever tried. Take it on a nearly empty stomach (with, say, broccoli or cauliflower). No hunger for at least six hours.

Instead of taking pills one should join yoga classes that is the far better choice in my opinion

The healthy body and the maintenance of our body is basically depends upon the food we eat and also the amount of work we are performing with our body. The unrealistic weight loss is not a good practice for the health and also for the body, it leads to various health problems.
