Hi ,as I know, taking Green Tea Extract , Vitamin E , Vitamin C , Bioflavonoid Concentrate , Vitamin C , L-Carnitine , Vitamin B12 , Folate , Vitamin B12 , Ginkgo Extract , Glucosamine Sulfate , is good for Aging , take a look at this.

Ingredients that work:
Green Tea Extract are included in this Anti-Aging Supplement as they contain beneficial flavonoids that provide antioxidant support and health-enhancing properties. Vitamin E and Vitamin C are important antioxidants that are required for the formation of connective tissue, teeth and the skeletal system and are therefore important in this Anti-Aging Supplement. Bioflavonoid Concentrate helps the body absorb and utilize Vitamin C. L-Carnitine is involved in the transportation of oxygen to the cells and the production of energy. thanks man for this info. I have tried Green tea extract and am feeling quite energetic on it. I will try more supplements you mentioned. Thanks.
