As a child, one can taste perfection. I had boundless energy, limitless aspirations, and no trace of self-criticism as a child; another way to put things: I was in awe and happy. Today, I reflect those days(on and off) and it seems that the closer that I reach back to being a child, the more connected I feel with my own reality. I had this idea that we grow to learn our environment, then we complete a spiral that seems to trace back to our past(a simple reflection) but branch out into areas that have not specifically been explored. That is what I simplify as a life cycle.

Environment completely effects on the children because they are in learning age , they can easily learn from their surrounding . They enjoy their lives according to their wishes and they remain mostly in pleasure mood .
Their diet should healthy which has more calories ,fats and carbohydrates . In this way they grow well and also remain healthy and fit .
