According to the Buddha, the five Aggregates together make up what is called "I."

The first...form

The second...consciousness
Awareness, the mind. Consciousness is that which is aware of an object. The senses (taste, touch, taste, smell, hearing, and mental awareness) are the window for the body to perceive objects.

The third...sensory feelings
The relationship between the six senses and the objects which are perceieved. Perception allows the self to recognize objects. The eye recognizes images. The ear, sounds. The nose, smells. The mouth tastes. The body touches. The mind recognizes mental images, ideas.

The fourth...volition
Will, actions of intent. While sensory feeling provides input, volition provides output. Sensory feelings allow us to perceive. Volition allows us to act. Some examples of volitional actions are attention, will, confidence, hate, desire, and the idea of self.

The fifth...conceptualization
Rationality. It interprets and categorizes. It makes sense of the other four aggregates. It is what allows us to make concepts. Conceptualization exists dependent on the sense it uses. There is visual conceptualization, which exists dependent on vision. Auditory conceptualization exists dependent on hearing. Mental conceptualization exists dependent on ideas, etc.


Together, these aggregates make up the 'self.' However, the self is impermanent. One thing disappears while another appears. There is no unchanging substance. There is no unchanging 'self.' When the five aggregates work together in one "machine," we get the idea of I. There is no 'self' that exists independently of these five aggregates.

I read a book a while back, it was titled Natures Gambit. The author did a study of ten child prodigies, following them through to adulthood. He selected children whose talents were in disparate domains
from one another. All ten of them ultimately chose the domain of music as careers.

We evolved into our present physical form about 200,000 years ago. Yet about 70,000 years ago we experienced another upgrade and ensuing migration which did not replace the previous indigenous populations (sapien sapien), but was integrated into them.(software upgrade) Eve (200,000) Adam (70,000)
Culture as we think of it does not fit the bill, so to speak.
For example Australian aborigines lived the same lifestyle as we suppose those before us did, yet they possess the latest upgrade. Earlier sapien sapiens were spiritual and musical as were the Neanderthals.

First of all you are assuming that rock hasn´t got perceiver properties itself...Part of the problem is we haven´t got a definition of "perceiver". Could a tree be a perceiver? Or a bacteria? A virus? A rock? A Photon?
It is so human to think only humankind have the gift of perceiving (Conciousness?), just like we where the center of the universe some time ago...

Second, we can find lots of rocks at the mountain skirt that weren´t previously there. How this fits into your theory?

One of the big problems in physics is the CMB. ( cosmic microwave background radiation) data.
It shows large structure aligned with the plane of our solar system, which is tilted 63 degrees from the galactic plane.
The CMB. data is a measurement of the plasma wall of the early universe 13.32 billion years ago, when atoms were first allowed to form and photons were released from it's grip. Physicists can't explain this so they clean this from the data and ignore it.
