This is a forum about the human brain so I think i'm at the right place to suggest to start a topic about this.

True, u can tell a child a fairy tail that Mozes opened up the sea trough the middle, that Jesus walked on water, that Noah (Evan Almighty) saved ALL the animals by building a big boat (note: building a big boat could be true). Guess what, they are grown ups now and still believe these things happened for real, and DON'T you dare tell them these things were and still are impossible.

Weren't we discussing what is true rather than what people hear indirectly without having direct experience?
What do you care what people think?
If you are afraid they might be against what you think, then I'd say you both share common ground. No one who takes a stand against another, unable to find peace with themselves and everyone else regardless of belief can effect a change that could be lasting or that is initiated from a greater understanding and awareness.

Perhaps one day a child will ask there parents 'who is god?' and they (parents, priest whatever) will say something like: god created us, the earth, god watches over us etc..
In a scenario where a loved one dies, they will say, he is at a better place now, he is in heaven, that god created for good people. Every time something good or bad happens they will be addressed to a 'higher power called god'. For a atheist this sounds more like a human deficit.

Now 'you' people may have dig deeper in understanding religion, but once again, most religious people didn't, Now Joesus before you say 'how do you know most of them thinks like that', pick some sites ask some questions about religion/profets/god and see for yourself how the average religious will react.

And here some facts: Senator Palin is convinced that it was gods will to start a war in Iraq, that god fanatic person maybe the next vice president "vice world leader".
Or a muslim god fanatic, who wraps some bombs around his waist, that it is gods will to kill the infidels.
Or a Jew god fanatic is convinced they are gods chosen ones to justify what they do to the Palestinians.

And here a funny question: gods name is used awful a lot in sex/porn movies, why is that, is there a explanation for?

Whining won't change the world and it aint good for you, if you can't get over what's bugging you.

Again, what do you care if people want to believe what they believe? There are people waking up to the greater picture and understanding of spirituality than the archaic fairy tales of illusion.
The fact still remains the stories have a foundation in reality, and sometimes someone has to go in the opposite direction to get where they need to go. It may take them a little longer but then if you want to take away their freedom of choice, expect that someone will want to take yours away too.

Never met someone who is 'special' in a way that it would change my believes against religion. Do you think you have 'higher levels of conscious awareness'?

If I did you might not be able to notice, because I wouldn't try to change your beliefs. Obviously God hasn't tried to take anyone's beliefs away or change them, why should I?

Maybe the Cryonics will resurrect one day but Hell no there wasn't, according to people who believe jesus was crucified on friday before eastern, where he came back alive at eastern.

I've learned that a 'higher level of conscious awareness' could be a sign of a mental disorder.
