I just started using the Sweet Gale tea that I bought from the Algonquin Tea company. So far I had a very vivid and crazy dream last night. It was more realistic and memorable than any I have had. I litterally felt like i was really there. It seemed to last for hours or so it felt. But when I woke up i found only a few hours had gone by. I really did not have a very good night sleep. I feel so tired and worn down. Any suggestions? Is there anything you can recommend with it? I also took one sleep fast pill which also has things like lavender powder, hops extraxt, passion flower and sweet violet extract in it. Do you think I gave my system an overload or is this normal with all this stuff? Just ask me if you want to know what website it was. It's called Sleep Fast and is found in places like walmart and is a new product. It's a sleep aid and supposed to help you get to sleep and stay asleep but I only slept for two or three hours and woke up on this as well. I might go get my money back and ask for a refund.

Thanks for any help you have.

Sincerely,

Lisa Poort

The most lucid dreams and deepest sleep I have ever encountered was after I had taken Nyquil for a cold. The depth, detail and symbolic meaning was astounding. I even encountered that rarest of dreams ... the two part dream which continues after waking.
