I read about "Neglect" in my "Attention & Pattern Perception" class as well as my "Left Brain/Right Brain" class, and I was wondering...
Would you classify Neglect as a symptom of "Inattention" or "Poor Comprehension"? FYI: Hemispatial neglect, also called unilateral neglect, spatial neglect or neglect syndrome is a neurological condition in which, after damage to one hemisphere of the brain, a deficit in attention to the opposite side of space is observed. |
