I think the better choice of a preferred recreational drug is quite clear. Alcohol physically damages the body as well as mentally.

Maybe post-traumatic stress syndrome is worse than the recreational use of alcohol. Sufferers are self-medicating and getting the whole combination:

As we all know that alcohol affects the body and the mental health. We all don't know that just a sip of an alcohol can damage the cells on the brain. If you only drink once, you have already damage the cells in your brain. So alcohol is no good to our health. Some people can't live without an alcohol. They become dependent on the alcohol. For me, alcohol should be face out. There should be a law stating that alcohol is prohibited to prevent the future of our kids.

Just go to any uk town on thurs - saturday night , you will have all the evidence you need of how corrosive it is to the mind , intelligence and creativity .
