I only eat turkey on Thanksgiving day...

there is not enough tryptophan in turkey to make you tired or really effect you at all tongue.gif
just thought you might like to know... haha that myth is mention every time someone eats turkeys, and its simply not true smile.gif

Well, as I like to call it, the "munch factor" needs to be added into the equation. I call it the munch factor, as every time I get high, I eat waaaaay too much then pass out. Just having to digest too much food makes you tired, this said, eating too much for on Holidays seems to have a similar affect--for me at least.
