I'm a new member here and first, I would like to thank all forum members and, in particular, LifeMirage for all the helpful post that were made in the past. smile.gif

That said, here is my current stack right now:


Acetyl-L-Carnitine - 3g in 3 doses
L-Tyrosine - 3g in 3 doses
L-Theanine - About 1g in 2 doses
Galantamine: 16mg in 2 doses
Piracetam - 3g in 3 doses
Aniracetam: 900mg in 3 doses
Oxiracetam: 800mg in 3 doses
Lecithin - 3 Tablespoon in 3 doses
Chocamine - 3g in 2 doses
Rhodiola Rosea - 500mg In 3 doses
5-HTP - 200mg in 2 doses
Green Tea Extract 50% egcg - 1.2g in 1 dose
L-Deprenyl: 5mg twice per week

Vitamins / Minerals:

1 Multivitamin
Cal-Mag-Zinc twice daily
B-100 once daily
B1 100mg twice daily
ZMA


Coming in the mail in a couple of weeks (with planned dosage):

ALA 300mg
N-Acetyl-Cysteine 1.2g
Omega 3 - one teaspoon (about 750mg EPA 500mg DHA)
PEA: Occasionally
Alpha-GPC 50%: 1g in two dose (I'll cut the lecithin if that one works well)
Taurine: 4g in 3 doses
Bacopa 20%: 1g in 1 dose
Hydergine: 4.5mg in 1 dose
Carnosine 400mg per day
Centrophenoxine 500mg in one dose
L-Huperzine A 200mg in 2 dose
Pyritinol 400mg in one dose
Vinpocetine 20mg in two doses
Vincamine 20mg in one dose
Idebenone 100 mg in 3 dose
Phosphatidyl serine 200 in 2 doses



Now I know that this is a whole lot of things considering the fact that I am 20 right now. I will adjust the dosage in the future (will reduce piracetam when I get ani & oxi, etc.). The result I was aiming for is mostly for concentration, memory, mood and anxiety. I have been taking my current stack for about like 2 week and..WOW! My concentration and mood are both much much higher then they were. My job is really much more enjoyable and my life really seem to improve. I have way more energy and motivation. smile.gif.

Any feedback would be welcome. (like on dosage, interaction, best taken with food or without, etc.) I take 5-HTP and all vitamin except ZMA with food and the rest before a meal (5 or 10 min before).

I'm never sure if I need to take my supplements/Nootropics right before meal, right after meal or on an empty stomach. wHat's the best?
