I don't want to be one of those lawsuit leeches. But I drive a 2010 Honda and the airbag deployed really aggressively in a pretty minor fender bender; it hammered my necklace into my collarbone and bruised my face pretty significantly. I received an email from Honda days later - how serendipitous - and they are recalling the product. I don't want to send them info and waive my rights here, but I don't want to be a "lawsuit leech" either. At what point is it okay to hire a lawyer and pursue a case on a defective product... both morally and legally?
