If i recently had an adrenal crash is it ok to try out some nootropics?
Caffeine is definitely not doing me good at the moment but nootropics without any potent stimulants might be better - or am i wrong? |

Please, anyone?
I know it is difficult to answer with a good degree of certainty, but i'll take theories, hypothesis, or just your thoughts on it. Please ![]() |

Ok, seems i found an answer:
some nootropics - like noopept - have a stimulating and nootropic effect without effecting the adrenal gland. I'm not sure though if this holds for all racetams or just noopept. |
