Ginseng, ginkgo, coffee. They are the ones I respond too. I would say coffee would be world #1 hands down.

I would recommend Caffeine, L-Theanine and Semax.
While being on Semax it was amazing during few weeks, In about a week I'll return to it. Taking Semax there was no stress and or anxiety.

Definitely right, different nootropics are best for different approaches. However, the 'world number 1' would almost certainly be caffeine or nicotine as those are the most widely-used.
