I'm very new to the concept of nootropics and it intrigues me greatly. I'm moving on in age and trying to do my research while creating my own stack

Here are my goals:
- Improve brain longevity and overall health
- Improve mental focus
- Improve memory and recall
- Improve cognition, speed of thought, clarity etc
- On workout days improve clear, focused energy and motivation (flow state)

Now the question - is this even a "stack" ? From what I can source locally I have put together a base of:

-huperzine A

and on workout days adding:
-caffine/l-theanine (1:2)

There are no racetams or noopept you will note as they are not available locally, and I was unclear whether additional choline (CDP/A-GCP) was necessary with the hup-A. My daily vitamin regimin also includes a B vitamin complex and choline bitartrate (as a component ingredient of my daily multi)

Are racetams/noopept a necessary part of any stack - what benefits am I missing from omitting that component? Am I missing something else very obvious that I should add to my regimen?

Thanks to the community for your guidance
